Mermer Yapı Market Design aims to deliver the products you buy to you in the shortest time and at the most affordable price.
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo as soon as possible. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is as specified in the product detail. In case of possible delivery delay, you will be informed.
In order for the product to be delivered without interruption, please provide the address of your current location as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the cargo company at the end of the delivery period specified in the product detail at the latest.

A connection is established with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered in case of any error at the specified address.
The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.
We have a responsibility for the company that we use the credit card system as well as the customer in terms of delivery.
Please be carefull!
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you receive. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.
After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.

We would like to state that your small volume orders under 30 desi or kilograms, which are shipped to the same delivery point at the same time, will be delivered in front of the apartment door, and your large volume orders over 30 desi or kilograms will be delivered at the apartment door at the same time.
Your orders sent by cargo are limited to the shipping area of the shipping company we work with.
Cargo companies do not deliver to some residential areas that are remote to district centers. Deliveries are made to these points on certain days of the week or the buyer is requested to take the order from the nearest cargo branch.
When you define a delivery address after placing an order, you can find out whether the relevant cargo company has delivered to the region where the product will be delivered, whether there is a phone call zone or on which day it is delivered.
If the product you have ordered is over 100 desi / kg, it can be delivered by warehouse or transportation. Our Marble Construction Market Design customer representatives will provide you with detailed information as soon as your order is placed.
